JOB SUMMARY:   The City of Mount Pleasant is seeking an energetic, innovative, and community-focused professional to serve as Parks and Recreation Director. This leadership position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing all operations, programs, facilities, events, and personnel within the Parks and Recreation Department.

The Parks and Recreation Director will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by developing recreational opportunities, maintaining parks and facilities, promoting community engagement, and leading long-range planning efforts for the department.

Starting salary is $70,013.00 – $106,993.00 annually DOE with educational incentives an excellent benefits package. To apply for this position, you must submit a City of Mount Pleasant application.
