Description

The National Recreation and Park Association's Playground Maintenance Course is a one-day educational course that provides participants with an understanding of basic playground hazards, applying safe maintenance practices on equipment, identifying surfacing types and proper maintenance procedures, and establishing proper record-keeping practices. Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the Playground Maintenance Course.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Are you a CPSI with a renewal date after July 1, 2026?  If so you can now earn CEUs or take the exam to recertify (https://www.nrpa.org/certification/CPSI/cpsi-renewal/).  This class qualifies you for the following credits from NRPA

Group A 0.2 CEUs

Group B 0.4 CEUs
