Room Guarantee: A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation. If a guest cancels a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days before arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Phishing: Please be aware that bad actors can impersonate Hotel employees. Individuals should never rely solely on contact information sent in an email or respond directly to any email requesting bank account information. If an individual receives a request from the Hotel regarding bank account information, the Individual should contact the Hotel via verified phone number or in person to confirm the request before providing such information
